StarWin and Avanti to Bring Revolutionary SatCom on the Move Capabilities to Africa

China’s StarWin Science and Technology (StarWin), providing innovative engineering solutions, has announced the successful testing of its Electronically Steered Phased Array Antenna (ESA) terminal for Communications on the Move (COTM) on Avanti Communications’ high-speed HYLAS 4 Ka-band satellite.
